ADCS Module

With the ADCS module, you get an effective web-based interface for your Microsoft ADCS, which facilitates handling and provides an overview of your internal PKI in everyday life.

The ADCS module has an improved interface to your internal PKI, from which you get an overview of the current status and can carry out all common operations such as issuing, approving and blocking certificates, directly from TrustView.

When manually issuing certificates from your internal PKI, the entire process can be performed from the ADCS module.

  • Generation of key pairs takes place directly in TrustView using the ADCS module and is stored encrypted in the database.
  • The certificate request is securely communicated to your internal PKI.
  • The certificate request is approved in TrustView using the ADCS module and subsequently issued by your internal PKI.
  • Certificate and private key are sent to the recipient via separate channels (email, SMS and download or combinations thereof). All common formats such as PKCS#12, PFX, PEM and JKS etc. is supported.

ADCS Module

The ADCS module collects all information about all your internally issued certificates, such as computer, client and Kerberos certificates. Then you can get an overview of concrete issues, such as:

  • Overview of certificates that approach expiration and need to be manually renewed.
  • Report of certificates that use a short key length and therefore pose a security risk.
  • Certificate overview, issued with outdated signing algorithms, such as SHA-1.

This gives you both an operational overview and the ability to prove that you are internal PKI is configured according to industry best-practice guidelines.
